Thiamin is a B vitamin necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
Its primary function is to participate in the processes of obtaining energy from carbohydrates and branched chain amino acids.
It also plays an important role in neurophysiological processes - it is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses as well as is essential for the proper metabolism of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), acetylcholine and serotonin in the brain.
Thiamin also has an effect on the immune system by regulating and activating immune cells and proteins, and in antioxidant processes by inhibiting inflammatory factors.
The functions of vitamin B1 in the body:

Recommended daily intake: 10 drops contains 10 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine) (909% NRV*).
