Selenium is a trace element that controls the work of more than 20 enzymes. Its essential role for the body and human health was proven in the 90s of the twentieth century.
Selenium is part of antioxidant enzymes that protect cell membranes, DNA and red blood cells against the damaging effects of free radicals, but also strengthens the immune system by producing immune bodies, lymphocytes and macrophages.
This element is also an extremely important ingredient for the proper functioning of thyroid hormones through the enzyme that transforms peripheral hormones.

Recommended daily intake: 10 drops contains 100 μg of selenium (182% NRV*).
