Potassium is one of the most important minerals for proper water and electrolyte management, the right amount ensures that water remains in the right areas of the body.
Apart from influencing the electrolyte balance, potassium is important for the proper functioning of muscles, increases muscle tone, influences the permeability of cell membranes, regulates pH and osmotic pressure of cells, but also regulates blood pressure.
Among the less known, but equally important functions of potassium, one should mention the activation of cellular enzymes, it is involved in the process of protein and carbohydrate metabolism and has an influence on the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Dietary supplement in the form of drops containing a combination of potassium and selenium. Potassium helps, among others in maintaining normal blood pressure.
Recommended daily intake: 30 drops contains 300 mg of potassium (15% NRV*) and 10 μg of selenium (18% NRV*)

Take after meals, dissolved in water or juice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
