Manganese is an essential trace element for the body, which is present in the active centers of many enzymes responsible, among others, for the synthesis of proteins, nucleic acids, neutralizing free radicals and participating in energy transformations. It is also an essential element for the growth and proper remodeling of bones, articular cartilage and the proper condition of the skin.

Recommended daily intake: 10 drops contains 0.3 mg of manganese (15% NRV*).
