The liquid formula of NUION Life Bank complements the electrolyte balance during physical and mental effort. A specially developed combination of magnesium forms allows for its quick and effective absorption, which activates the mechanisms of energy production. The whole set of minerals harmonizes the work of the nervous system, supports the process of detoxification, regeneration and supports the antioxidant effect.

The recommended dose is 1 sachet every hour during physical exertion.
We recommend 1 sachet before training and 1 sachet after. For longer workouts, we recommend 1 sachet every 1 hour of physical effort.
On days apart from physical activity, 1-2 sachets a day are recommended between meals.
