Artichoke

Artichoke (Cynara cardunculus var. scolymus) is a perennial herbaceous plant from the daisy family, naturally found in the Mediterranean region. Today, it is the subject of research in phytochemistry and plant composition analysis.

The plant contains naturally occurring plant compounds, including polyphenols (such as phenolic acids and flavonoids), which are described in the scientific literature on the composition of plant raw materials.

Artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L.), used in the product, is a concentrated form of the plant raw material. Compared to raw material in the form of whole leaves, it is characterized by a standardized content of selected phytochemical compounds, such as polyphenols.

As a company, we place particular emphasis on the selection of raw materials used in production. Each batch of raw material undergoes laboratory analysis, including assessment of purity and compliance with quality specifications, ensuring consistency in the production process.
