- The waiting time for delivery by the carrier is from 24 to 48 hours from the day the Seller hands over the shipment to the carrier for dispatch.
- Delivery is carried out via courier companies. The company delivers shipments on business days from Monday to Friday. When the shipment is dispatched, the Customer receives the shipment tracking number by email, which can be used to check its status.
- The Seller has no influence on the exact delivery time. The courier will contact the Customer by phone directly to arrange delivery.
Receipt of the shipment from the courier
- At the moment of receiving the Product sent to the address indicated by the Customer, it is recommended to first check the external condition of the delivered parcel. If visible mechanical damage is found or there are other concerning reservations regarding the condition of the packaging, including logistics security (e.g., the Product packaging is damaged, visible signs of opening, the tape has been tampered with), we strongly recommend refusing to accept it and immediately notifying the Seller.
- If the external condition of the parcel raises no concerns, it is recommended to check its contents while the courier is still present. If there are any remarks regarding the technical or visual condition and completeness of the received product, it is advisable to draw up a damage report. The courier has the necessary forms and is obliged to confirm the identified irregularities. If damage to the shipment during transport is found or there are reservations regarding the quantity of the delivered Product, it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier (if the courier does not have such a form, it is possible to arrange to draw it up at another time or to write it on any sheet of paper), indicating: the date, time of delivery, and a description of the damage or shortages of the Product and packaging, and then send the signed report promptly to the Seller at the Seller’s correspondence address, i.e., ul. Batorowska 30, 62-070 Dąbrowa, or scan it and send it to the email address: office@puromedica.com
- The above recommendations and guidelines are intended solely to streamline the Customer’s claims process. Failure to follow them has no effect on the ability to exercise the rights to which the Customer is entitled in connection with Product defects.
