The Hair & Nails set contains 11 essential vitamins and minerals necessary for the growth and proper regeneration of hair and nails, along with three additional ingredients – horsetail, nettle, and turmeric.

Both the beauty and condition of hair and nails depend on gut health and the body’s levels of key minerals and vitamins. Proper nutrition and environmental exposure are major factors influencing overall health and vitality.

The Hair & Nails by PUROMEDICA formula was created to strengthen hair follicles and nail beds by providing essential nutrients responsible for their structure and condition. The carefully balanced composition also supports the detoxification process from heavy metals, chemicals, and parasites. It is an ideal solution for regenerating weak, brittle nails and damaged hair.

Hair and nails are composed of keratin, water, fatty acids, and minerals. Interestingly, sulfur accounts for about 10% of their total weight, forming bonds that provide strength to their structure. Other important components include magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, and copper. For the renewal and growth process, vitamins D3, B12, C, E, and biotin are also indispensable.
