Ingredients: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), turmeric rhizome (Curcuma long L.).

The product does not contain preservatives, gluten, lactose and soy.

Dosage

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing:

3 capsules: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) - 1470 mg, turmeric - 60 mg (including 1.26 mg of curcumin).

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule 3 times a day.

Take after meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
